If I change to other user,can not run "startx" "startkde" "dcopserver"
they are use from admin only

I find a website said that how to start dcopserver:
in text-modes,type "dcopserver" to start it,but that cannt not run
the system tell me:
iceauth: creating new authority file /root/cICEauthority
iceauth: /tmp/dcopdy06NB:1: bad "aad " command line
iceauth : /tmp/dcopdy06NB:2: bad "add" command line ...

i started my kde,type :startx
the system start to run kde
and then tell me:
can not client to the docpserver
check ur dcop server is runing!!
