dMSN不錯喔

步驟:
#ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge sun-jre
(我試過blackdown-jre，安裝dMSN會卡住)
#emerge java-config
#java-config --list-available-vms
#java-config --set-system-vm=sun-jre-1.4.2.04
java於是裝好了，但若要在dMSN用中文則需:

http://myweb.ncku.edu.tw/~p4692405/font ... ties.zh_TW
(scsi提供此檔案:D)

然後把這檔案放到/opt/sun-jre-1.4.2.04/lib/裡面
並確定你的mingliu.ttc放在/usr/share/fonts/winXPfont/裡面即可

接著到http://www.dmsn.nl 裡面下載without JVM的版本

然後安裝即可

dMSN不但顯示圖片可以變大，還有手繪版功能，xcin也支援

然後 ./xxx.bin
我沒試過，所以不確定。

用console啟動他會有這些訊息，不知道比較懂java中文的大老有什麼建議？

dMSN有些小小問題，比如說暱稱要換成有中文的有出現error訊息

傳中文檔名檔案，檔名會有亂碼(雖然kopete也是如此)

試用了一下，整體上非常好！不過有些小問題。如反應速度稍微慢了點（好像 Java 寫的都會這樣？），沒有 tray icon（在 Linux 下）。在 Windows 下顯示不出中文。

安裝時用 blackdown 確實會當掉，所以我就用 ArchLinux 裝，然後舊直接把 dMSN 程式 copy 到 Gentoo 裡就可以用了

大家有用到一半就掛掉的情形嗎?
我裝了 sun-jre-bin 跑了 dmsn 似乎不久後就會掛掉。。。
得用 kill -9 $PID

怎樣掛法？我是常常碰到畫面不更新（不 redraw），然後只能看到白藍條畫面，可是等夠久後 Java 一 redraw 就好了。

請問現在你們的 Mercury (dMSN) 1709.09 中文還是不是一樣正常？我現在怎麼也弄不好 Mercury 中文顯示，都是方框。可是在 Java Control Panel 內的中文是正常的....
